Renowned writer Manisha Kulshreshtha won 28th Bihari Puraskar Award

The renowned writer from Rajasthan, Manisha Kulshreshtha won the 28th Bihari Puraskar for her novel 'Swapnapash'.
The award is presented by the KK Birla Foundation. It was established in 1991 in the name of Mahakavi Bihari and is awarded only to a writer from Rajasthan.
The first Bihari Puraskar Award was awarded to Dr. Jai Singh Neeraj for his poetry collection 'Dhani Ka Aadmi'.
Under this award, a cash prize of Rs 2,50,000, a citation, and a plaque are given to the winner.
