- Saad Hariri (age 49 years) has announced his resignation as Prime Minister of Lebanon. He is the second son of former Lebanese PM Rafic Hariri, who was assassinated in 2005.
- Hariri served as Lebanon's Prime Minister from 18th December 2016 and on 29th October 2019, he announced his resignation. Prior to this, He was the chairman of the executive committee of Oger Telecom from 1994 to 2005.
