- The South Central Railway (SCR) has developed the Rail-BOT or R-BOT to assist in the functions of hospital management. The SCR Rail-Bot is operated through a mobile app and is equipped with the Day-night vision video camera.

- It enables Doctors, Nurses, and other Para medical staff to remain faraway from the danger of COVID-19 infection.
- It will be capable of raising an alarm just in case of any abnormally high-temperature readings so on the alert the Medics getting to the patients.
- It will acts as two-way audio and video communication with recording, facilitating smooth interaction between patients and doctors.
