- Kotak Mahindra Bank has launched its Video-KYC facility for all the customers opening savings accounts on the bank's digital banking platform 'Kotak 811'. Due to this, the bank becomes 1st bank in India to provide this feature. Due to the Video-KYC facility, Verification of documents, Signature will be completed via a video call with a representative from the bank without any physical interface.
