- Senior IAS Officer Dilip Kumar take-charge as the Officer on Special Duty (OSD) in the office of Lokpal for a period of 6-months.
- Mr. Kumar is a 1995-batch Punjab cadre IAS Officer. Currently, he works as joint secretary, National Human Rights Commission (NHRC).
