1. India has started its second IT corridor in China. The name of this IT corridor, Digital Joint Opportunity Plaza Platform (SIDCOP) has been kept. The objective of establishing IT Corridor in China is to make Indian IT companies easily accessible in the larger Chinese market.
2. Mia Mottley has been appointed as Prime Minister of Barbados. Motley is the first woman to be appointed as Prime Minister in Barbados. This is a country located in the Caribbean island.

11. The Ministry of Women and Child and Development, Government of India signed a MoU with Department of Women and Child Development, Government of Uttar Pradesh, in New Delhi. This signed for the management of Home of Widows at Sunrakh Bangar, Vrindavan. The Ministry of Women and Child Development has constructed this shelter home for widows with a capacity of 1000 inmates.
12. Bhubaneswar becomes the 4th National data center of National Informatics Centre (NIC) after Delhi, Hyderabad and Pune. The new cloud-enabled National Data Centre aims to offer round-the-clock operations with secure hosting for various e-governance applications of Central and State Governments.
