After talking to people on the Namo App about Ujjwala scheme, PM Narendra Modi addressed the Mudra Yojana. On the one hand, Prime Minister Modi presented a report card of the Mudra Yojana, and on the other hand, he told people about joining this scheme.
Giving the information of the beneficiaries of the Mudra Yojana, PM Modi said, "You will be happy to know that till now, loans of Rs 6 lakh crore have been given to the people through a total of 12 crore loans and in which 9 crore beneficiaries are women.
PM Modi said that under the 'Mudra Yojana' 55 percent loans were given to backward society i.e. SC, ST, OBC and women were given this loan. Today, not only 110 banks, but 72 microfinance companies and 9 non-banking finance companies have also started these loans.
