The Walmart CEO Doug McMillan has said that this deal could prove to be more than 10 million jobs in the country(India). Flipkart's sub-founder Binny Bansal said that Flipkart has so much to do with Walmart's advantage. In a joint statement issued by Flipkart and Walmart, it said that this deal will benefit both companies. At the same time, it will prove to be helpful in improving the Indian economy. This will also help in the promotion of new jobs, increase the income of farmers and promote national programs like Make in India.
