The weather forecast is proving to be true in Uttarakhand. The last night in the state, tremendous rain and stormy winds led to the devastation due to which the capital Dehradun too was affected. The weather changed its attitude at night. The tremendous power scares and stormy winds put people in panic. Signboards and trees fell down in many places in the city. A giant tree fell apart in front of the main entrance of the state's chief minister, Trivendra Singh Rawat.
