The invading bombers blasted Sunday at the Hydro Electricity Power Plant office, which was started by the Indian government in Nepal. Prime Minister Narendra Modi was scheduled to inaugurate the project on May 11 during Nepal tour. Operation of the 900 MW project was to start in 2020.
The building wall collapsed from the blast. Giving information about the incident, Chief District Officer Shivraj Joshi told that the attackers attacked the Arun III project office on Sunday. This project will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi during a visit to Nepal on May 11.
