- In Tennis, Spanish player Rafael Nadal (age 33 years) won the Men's Singles title at the 2020 Mexico Open. The tournament was held in Acapulco, Mexico from 24th to 29th February 2020 at Princess Mundo Imperial.
- Nadal defeated Pablo Andujar in finals by 6-3, 6-2 to win the title.
- In the Women’s Singles, British player Heather Watson (age 27 years) defeated Canadian player Leylah Fernandez (age 17 years) by 6-4, 6-7, 6-1 to win the title.
