Pranay Kumar Verma appointed as next India's Ambassador to Vietnam

Current Affairs 5th March 2019: Shri Pranay Kumar Verma (Indian Forest Services Officer-1994 Cadre), presently Joint Secretary in the Ministry has been appointed as the next India's Ambassador to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
An ambassador is an accredited diplomat sent by a state as its permanent representative in a foreign country.
