President Ram Nath Kovind visited Varanasi for a one-day visit to Uttar Pradesh. During the visit to the temple, Mr. Ram Nath Kovind laid the foundation for five projects of the National Highway of India. It includes the second phase of the outer ring of the city and the four-lane road between Varanasi and Rewa in Madhya Pradesh. He was welcomed by the State Governor of Ram Naik and the Chief Minister of Yoga Adityanath at Varanasi Airport (Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport).
