Against the acquittal of former telecom minister A Raja in the 2G scam, the CBI has now made a plea in the Delhi High Court. Earlier, the ED had also approached the court against the lower court verdict.
The CBI counsel appeared before the Chief Justice of Delhi High Court today and said that the hearing in the 2G case should be heard soon. The CBI's appeal could be heard in the High Court on Wednesday. In the matter of special CBI court's decision, Many accused including Raja and Kanimozhi were acquitted.
