North Korea's capital, Pyongyang, is negotiating with America and Sweden about the release of three US hostages. So diplomatic activities have accelerated before these pre-planned talks with Washington and Seoul. North Korea has accused those three American hostages of being involved in the "hostile activities" against the state's rule; the talks between the two countries are continuing through various means for the release of these hostages.
