Indian liquor baron Vijay Mallya, accused in a fraud case with financial institutions, appeared in a British court on Friday. They were present in connection with the trial court proceeding against them. During the hearing, the UK Judge said that some Indian banks broke the rules in order to lend to Mallya's Kingfisher Airlines, and this is also seen from 'closed eyes'.
Judge Emma Arbuthnot of London's Westminster Magistrate's Court, described the whole case as a "grooving puzzle". The court said that in this case, in 'huge numbers' the evidence will be linked together to make a clear picture.
