Tripura, Meghalaya, and Nagaland assembly elections will prove to be a major problem for Congress and party president Rahul Gandhi. In these 3 states, Congress has formed a government in Meghalaya continuously since 2003 and in the remaining two states Tripura and Nagaland, it has been the second largest party of the states for a decade long. After today's conclusions, the Congress party is in a state of not only losing its government in Meghalaya but in the other two states, it has lost the strength of being the main opposition party.
BJP defeat the Congress in Tripura and also defeat the other parties. Congress could not succeed in the opening account in Tripura. In Meghalaya, Congress is no longer in a position to form a government. Simultaneously, in Nagaland, the Congress just have one seat.
