The Punjab National Bank has attached 41 real estate properties of Mehul Choksi, on the accused of the thousands of crores, by ED. The value of these properties is about Rs. 1217 crores. Properties attached under PLMA include 15 flats and 17 offices in Mumbai, shopping malls located in Kolkata, and farmhouse on four acres of land in Alibag. Apart from this, the attached assets include six parcels spread over 231 acres in Alibag, Nashik, Nagpur, Panvel and Villupuram and a hardware park spread over 170 acres in Rangareddy district of Andhra Pradesh. The price of this hardware park is being mentioned as Rs 500 crore.
