India and France, while extending mutual strategic relations, signed 14 agreements in key areas including defense, nuclear energy, security and conservation of confidential information. At the same time, both the countries also resolved to increase cooperation in the Indo-Pacific region. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that mutual cooperation between the two countries has now reached 'ground to the sky'.
