Some officials of Shetty and Brady House branch accused of the PNB scam managed to stop their transfer several times. SWIFT and CBS did not link the system for many years. The report given to the finance minister on the PNB scam, Punjab National Bank has accepted many such flaws in their systems. Not only that, this report has also exposed the deterioration of the regulatory system of the Reserve Bank.
Many officials, including Shetty, managed to stop their transfer twice, and for the third time when they were transferred, they also got canceled. There have been many such disclosures in the report given by the finance minister to the top officials of PNB.
