The Issue of Women's Reservation Raised in Parliament on Women's Day

Today is the fourth day of the second part of the budget session of the Parliament.  Women congratulated on the occasion of International Women's Day in Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha. All the MPs gave applause to ladies and women of the country and women in the House. In the Lok Sabha, Speaker Sumitra Mahajan congratulated the women on this special day through the rows of women. But after this, the MPs started sloganeering in Well and the proceedings of the house were postponed till 12 o'clock. In the Rajya Sabha, Speaker Venkaiah Naidu also gave women's greetings to all women present in the house.
