K. Natarajan Appointed As New DG Of Indian Coast Guard

Krishnaswamy Natarajan was appointed as the new Director General (DG) of the Indian Coast Guard.
Natarajan replacing Rajendra Singh, who was the 1st cadre officer to head the force.
K. Natarajan joined the force on 18th Jan 1984, and the 2nd Coast Guard Officer.
Prior to this appointment, He has held various important Command and Staff appointments, both afloat and ashore.
