- The Reserve Bank of India promoted Dr. Rabi N. Mishra as its Executive Director.
- Prior to this, Mishra holding the position of the Principal Chief General Manager in the Risk Management Department of Central Bank.
- Mishra's would be looking after the newly-created specialized supervisory and regulatory cadre within the bank.
- With this appointment, Now RBI has 12 Executive Directors (ED), including the Chief Financial Officers (CFO).
