Now the Drone Helped in to Monitor Amarnath Yatra

Taking lessons from the terrorist attacks on Amarnath Yatra over the last several years, the Central Government has decided to deploy better technology and more troops in order to protect Amarnath pilgrims this year.

Drone cameras will also be used to monitor travel. The maximum time to travel through sensitive areas of the travel route will remain till 5:00 PM. Passengers arriving after this will be stopped there, they will have to start the journey the next day. This decision was taken in a recent meeting between the Amarnath Shrine Board and the Jammu and Kashmir Police.

It is worth mentioning that the 60-day journey of the holy Amarnath yatra in Jammu and Kashmir will start from June 28. This year, Amarnath Yatra will run 20 days more than last year.
