The government approved Wednesday for issuing joint stamps between India and Russia. In the meeting of the Cabinet, under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, conveyed the agreement regarding issuing joint stamps between the Indian Postal Department and the Russian Post (Russian company's joint partner 'Mark').
Its aim is to achieve operational excellence for mutual benefit in the field of issue of postage stamps and to establish cooperation in the postal service.
