Qaboos bin Said al Said dies at 80

The founder of the House of Al Said and the Sultan of Oman Qaboos bin Said al Said passed away due to a prolonged illness. He was 80 years.
He had ruled Oman since 1970 and was the 8th Sultan of the House of Al Said. He was the longest-serving monarch among the recent Arab rulers.
