CSC signed MoU with Paytm Payments Bank to sell FASTags

CSC e-Governance Services India partnered with Paytm Payments Bank (PPBL) to sell the FASTags.
The agreement will facilitate the sale of FASTags through the last mile network of 3,60,000 CSCs, helping realize the government's vision of cashless and smooth transit at all toll plazas across the country.
The CEO of CSC Dinesh Tyagi said that the CSCs have been providing FASTag service for the past 2-years. With FASTags becoming mandatory, we have received more than Rs 8,00,000 orders from VLEs.
The transition towards the digitization of toll tax payments through digital payment is a significant step towards modernization.
