R. Pokhriyal inaugurated 28th World Book Fair at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi

Ramesh Pokhriyal (HRD Minister) has inaugurated the 28th edition of the World Book Fair at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi, which runs from 4th to 12th January 2020.
The theme for the World Book Fair 2020 is 'Gandhi: The Writers'.
Speaking on the occasion, HRD Minister said that we are in the midst of ocean of books and this Mahakumbh of books is filled with thoughts, the thoughts which give power to humanity.
