Divya Kakran wins Gold at Asian Wrestling Championships held at New Delhi

Divya Kakran (age 22 years) became the 2nd Indian woman to win the Gold medal at the Asian Wrestling Championships. She defeated Japanese player Naruha Matsuyuki (age 21 years) in the 68kg category.
The above event is held at the KD Jadhav Hall of Indira Gandhi Stadium from 18th to 23rd February 2020.
Navjot Kaur (65kg category) had the first Indian woman to win a Gold medal at the Asian Championships in 2018 in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.
