Indian origin Dr. Monisha Ghosh appointed as 1st woman CTO at US govt

Indian origin Dr. Monisha Ghosh appointed as the First Woman Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at the United States (US) Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
She replaced Dr. Eric Burge and She will take charge on 13th January 2020.
She will advise Ajit Pai (FCC Chairman) and the agency on technology and engineering issues.
