World's Tallest Statue 'Statue of Unity' shortlisted for Structural Award

The world's tallest statue 'Statue of Unity' shortlisted for UK-based Structural Awards 2019. The height of this statue is 182m and was unveiled by PM Modi on 31st October 2018.
The Structural Awards 2019 will be announced at a function in London on 15th November 2019. The main objective of the Structural Award is to increase awareness of the important work that engineers do.
The Sydney Opera House in Australia, Pompidou Centre in Paris, and Severn Bridge in England are the past winners of this award.
