- The Indian Air Force launched a Facilitation-cum-Publicity Pavilion in Delhi. The IAF's pavilion inaugurated by HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal (age 60 years).
- During the event, Air Chief Marshal Birender Singh Dhanoa (age 61 years) inaugurated a new 3D mobile video game 'Indian Air Force: A Cut Above', based on the missions of the Indian Air Force.
- The main objective of this 3D mobile video game is to raise awareness in the youth about the IAF.
About IAF's Facilitation-cum-Publicity Pavilion
i) It is the second pavilion of Indian Air Force in Delhi, after the one at the T3 terminal of the airport.
ii) It is a unique and highly advanced set-up broad comprising of a flight simulator, which consists of Mirage-2000, Rafale, Sukhoi, Jaguar fighter jets.
