IIT Guwahati developed a drone to sanitize large areas

A team of IIT Guwahati students has developed a drone to sanitize large areas including roads, parks, and footpaths to tackle Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak throughout the nation.
The drone comprises automated sprayer which will help the authorities to sanitize large areas. It can easily operate by using a mobile app. The range of the drone is 3 km and it can cover around 1.2-hectare area just in one flight and in a single day it covers 60 hectares.
