Prior to the Odisha Assembly elections, former Mumbai Police Commissioner and DGP Arup Patnaik Biju Janata Dal will join On Wednesday evening, around 5 pm, Arup will meet Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik and at the same time officially join the party. 1979 batch IPS officer Arup Patnaik is the Mumbai Police Commissioner. He completed the formalities for joining the party at the Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik's residence Niwas.
