It took 11 years to build the largest airport in Pakistan. Even though its facilities have not been available at its airport even today. It has been decided to inaugurate the Islamabad International Airport on April 20, bypassing security concerns among all.
In the Pakistani reporter said that the government has decided to expedite the inauguration of the airport for political gain because it has already been delayed. The project was launched in 2007 and it was to be completed in 2010. But it took 8 years to get it ready. There is still no arrangement for drinking water at the airport.
