The Indian Air Force (IAF) is going to hold its biggest military exercises called "Gagan Shakti", 2018 along the borders of Pakistan and China. Depending on the order of the Chief of the Air Force, the Air Force will mobilize its assets under the war scenario within 48 hours after orders. For the first time in the exercise, local lightweight combat aircraft from Texas will participate and will perform both offensive and defensive roles.
