India's Pradeep Singh has added another medal in the Indian throne on the fifth day of the Commonwealth Games. Pradeep won silver medal in the men's 105 kg weightlifting weightlifting event. He picked up the best load of 152 in the snatch, while picking the best of 200 in clean and jerk. Pradeep scored a total of 352. India has so far received 9 medals in weightlifting. Three of the female weightlifters shocked the gold medal. Meerabai Chanu got gold medal in 48 kg weight. Sanjita Chanu got gold medal in 53 kg weight category. At the same time, Poonam Yadav named the gold medal in 69 kg weight category.
