India and Bangladesh Agree on 6 Agreement, Ready to Cooperate on the Issue Rohingya


Six agreements (MoU) between India and Bangladesh are signed. These agreements were agreed in the bilateral talks between India's Foreign Secretary Vijay Keshav Gokhale and Bangladesh Foreign Secretary Mohammad Shahidul Haque, in the State Guest House Padma of Dhaka. The High Commissioner of India, Harsh Vardhan Shringla and the Ministers of different Ministries of Bangladesh signed their agreements related to their respective sides in Dhaka. India has committed to collaborate in peaceful settlement of Rohingya issue and to sign early on Teesta water distribution agreement.
