The RH-300 MKII booster, developed by the Vikram Sarabhai Space Center (VSSC) ISRO, was successfully launched from the Thumba Equatorial Rocket Launch. The rocket was launched by VSSC as part of the Sounding Rocket Experiment (SOUNDEX) program for atmospheric research. He uses this rocket to study the Equator.
