Sahara Desert, 9 Lakh sq km Increased in 100 Years


A research conducted in the University of Maryland, USA, has revealed that the world's largest desert has increased more than 10 percent. This study was done on the figures of the last 100 years. According to the report, in the 100 years, 9 lakh square km area has increased.

The reason behind this is global warming. Researchers say that due to the increase in the temperature of the Earth, the area of ??other deserts has also increased.
