- INS Kavaratti, an Anti-Submarine Warfare stealth corvette was commissioned into the Indian Navy at Naval Dockyard, Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh. The Army Chief General Manoj Mukund Naravane dedicated the ship to the nation.
