Former Judge A. K. Sikri inaugurated Indian Dispute Resolution Centre


  • Former Supreme Court Judge Arjan Kumar Sikri has inaugurated the Indian Dispute Resolution Centre (IDRC) through video conferencing in New Delhi. This center will provide a paperless dispute resolution environment. Besides, It will also offer an e-alternate dispute resolution (ADR) facility through its state-of-the-art e-arbitration, e-meditation, and e-conciliation software portal.
  • The Panel of the Center has former judges of the Supreme Court, High Court, District Court, Senior Advocates, Former Bureaucrats, CA, architects, etc. The e-Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) has a Digital Signature and Document Updation, Replies, and other applications and submissions on secured IDRC cloud servers with 24×7 access to stakeholders and lawyers.
