- The 73rd edition of the World Health Assembly (WHA) is organized through Video Conference. From the India side, Union Health Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan has participated in the meeting. And, this meeting was based on the Information, Measures, and Future Health Concern related to COVID-19.

- The World Health Assembly (WHA) is the forum through which the World Health Organization (WHO) is governed by its 194 member states. It is the world's highest health policy setting body and is composed of health ministers from member states.
- The first meeting of WHA was held in 1948, and that time 55 member states. At present, it has 194 member states. Currently, Ms. Keva Bain is the President of the World Health Assembly.
