- Defence Minister Shri Rajnath Singh (age 68 years) has inaugurated the Link Road to Kailash Mansarovar Yatra through video conferencing. The Link Road connects Dharchula (Uttarakhand) to Lipulek (China Border) and it will be constructed by Border Roads Organization (BRO).
