  • On 30th March Rajasthan celebrated its foundation day full of joy and gaiety. The day is also meant to pay homage to the valor, strong willpower and sacrifice of the people of Rajasthan.

    - It is a state in Northern India. It shares its boundaries with Punjab to the north, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh to the northeast, Madhya Pradesh to the southeast, and Gujarat to the southwest.
    - It also shares a border with the Pakistani provinces of Punjab to the northwest and Sindh to the west, along the Sutlej-Indus river valley.
    - Rajasthan is the largest state of India by area and the 7th largest state by population.
    - Besides, Rajasthan is the home of 3-national tiger reserves, the Ranthambore National Park (Sawai Madhopur), Sariska Tiger Reserve (Alwar), and Mukundra Hill Tiger Reserve (Kota).
    - Rajasthan is also the home of Great Indian Desert ' the Thar Desert'.
