The 20th Chief Minister of Nagaland Shri Neiphiu Rio (age 69 years) has launched the Self Declaration 'COVID19' App at Kohima (Capital of Nagaland).

- This app is mandatory for any person who entered Nagaland after 6th March 2020.
- The app is crucial for tracking and surveillance of high-risk cases.
