- The appointment committee of Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has appointed Prashant Kumar as the new MD & CEO of the Yes Bank. Prior to this, he had served as the Chief Financial Officer and Deputy MD of State Bank of India (SBI).
- While Sunil Mehta has been elected as the Non-Executive Chairman of the Yes Bank, who was served as the former non-executive chairman of Punjab National Bank (PNB).
- On another hand, Mahesh Krishnamurthy & Atul Bheda both are appointed as the Non-Executive Directors of the Yes Bank.
