- Each year on 10th March Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) celebrated its 51st Raising Day. And, this day was celebrated by CISF personnel and their families.

- The main objective of this day is to create awareness to cooperate with the CISF to maintain peace and security throughout the country.
- Central Industrial Security Force (CISF),
- It is a Central Armed Police Force (CAPF) in India, which was established under an Act of the Parliament of India on 10th March 1969 with a strength of 2,800 soldiers.
- It comes under the control of the Home Ministry, its headquarters are in New Delhi.
- The CISF Director-General is Rajesh Ranjan.
