- The 17th Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Y. S. Jaganmohan Reddy has been launched the YSR Kapu Nestham Scheme for the welfare of the Kapu community women. The above scheme will also benefit from other communities such as Balija, Telaga, and Ontario.
- Highlights,
- Under this scheme, It will financially empower Kapu women above 45 years of age by enhancing their livelihood opportunities and living standards.
- It will also provide the financial assistance of Rs 75,000/-at the rate of Rs 15,000/- per annum.
- What is the Eligibility Criteria to Apply for YSR Kapu Nestham Scheme 2020?
1. Women belonging to the Kapu community and aged between 45 to 60 years are eligible.
2. Total family income should be less than Rs. 10,000 per month in rural areas and Rs. 12,000/- per month in urban areas.
3. Total land holding of the family should be less than 3 acres of wetland or 10 acres of dry land or 10 acres of both wet and dry land together.
4. No family member should be Government employee or pensioner
5. The family should not own 4 wheeler (Taxi, Auto, Tractors Exempted)
6. No family member should pay income tax.
7. In urban areas family who owns no property or less than 750 square feett built-up areas.
