- Retired Lieutenant General Raj Mohan Vohra passed away due to COVID-19 in Delhi. He was 88 years. He was born on 7th May 1932 in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. He had joined the Cavalry Regiment (14 Horse) of the Indian Army on 4th December 1952. He fought in the Punjab sector during the 1965 War.
- Lt. General Raj Mohan Vohra was awarded the Maha Vir Chakra for his bravery and leadership in the Battle of Basantar during the 1971 war.
